K-Track was built to replace fragmented client delivery workflows with one platform for onboarding, task tracking, quote approvals, payment collection, secure file handling, and reporting.

- Support both guest clients and registered users without splitting data across systems.
- Keep tasks, files, quotes, and messages tied to the same workflow.
- Protect milestone payments from amount tampering and replay issues.
- Give operators visibility into revenue, payment state, and task throughput.

Hybrid client model
K-Track supports guest clients, full accounts, and upgrade paths that preserve task history.
Secure quote and payment flow
The platform manages quote approval, deposits, final balances, and Paystack verification through server-issued payment intents and amount checks.
Secure delivery layer
Files are attached to tasks and downloaded through authenticated endpoints, while task-level chat keeps collaboration in context.
Operational analytics
Dashboards expose revenue, quote acceptance, payment status, task completion, and storage trends.
